  • Assignment to the Residential Customer Service department, through which it was possible to identify customer issues involving the connectivity of their respective devices;

  • Processing of packing slip, such as activation and cancellation of NCC;
  • Granting access to users due to change of duties or promotion to a new position/department;

  • Isolation and appropriate measures for computers suspected of malware infection or unknown activity;
  • Network quality analysis and contact with the provider, when necessary;
  • On-site support for headquarters office equipment;
  • Handling of tickets opened by both store team employees and office employees;
  • Device maintenance, performing tasks such as cleaning, replacing thermal paste, restoring the operating system, installing a hard drive for backup, etc.;
  • Creation of user profiles for new employees or those who have previously submitted a request to a specific platform;
  • Installation and configuration of an internal system developed in-house to evaluate store performance;
  • Monitoring of machines to improve performance by replacing hardware or upgrading the operating system;
  • Installation of printers and maintenance thereof, when necessary;
  • Configuration of new punching machines for stores;
  • Scanning IP addresses for possible negotiations, such as identifying equipment operating with an active web server or locating hostnames.;
  • Remote support for in-store network devices such as switches, ONUs, firewalls, servers, and routers.
